Shipping policy

 

1. Shipping Destination

Zaviflora (hereinafter referred to as “we”) currently delivers only within the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries or regions outside the UK. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom will not be processed.

2. Shipping Fees

We offer the following shipping rates for all UK orders:

  • Free shipping on orders of £39.99 or above (including £39.99)

  • A shipping fee of £7 applies to orders below £39.99

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout, and customers can review the final charges before completing payment.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

Order cut-off rules are as follows:

  • The daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Europe/London, GMT/BST) on business days

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM on a business day will be processed on the next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or non-business days will be processed on the next business day

The cut-off time is strictly applied in accordance with business day rules.

4. Shipping and Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are estimated to be delivered within:

  • 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to logistics arrangements, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable third-party carriers to deliver orders within the United Kingdom.
The specific carrier used may vary depending on the delivery address, parcel size, and operational arrangements.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • We will send you a confirmation email containing tracking information

  • You may also track your order via the “Order Tracking” link available in the website footer

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after dispatch.

7. Taxes and Duties

All product prices displayed on the website include all applicable taxes.

No additional customs duties or import fees are payable for deliveries within the United Kingdom.

8. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors including but not limited to:

  • Carrier-related delays

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure
